General Principles

This website is owned and operated by Acharya Seema. By accessing this website and/or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Acharya Seema provides Vedic astrology consultations for guidance purposes only. Consultations are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Scheduling Changes

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time at no extra charge.

Rescheduling is allowed only once. Any further change will be considered a completed consultation and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

You must take the consultation within 3 months of booking. After this period, the booking will be considered completed with no refund.

No Show or Late Arrival

Acharya Seema will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled consultation time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be treated as a "No Show" and you will be charged the full consultation fee with no rescheduling offered.

Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable. Please review the consultation package carefully before completing your payment.

Exceptions are made only if the consultation is cancelled by Acharya Seema. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Nature of Astrology Services

Vedic astrology is a spiritual and guidance practice based on ancient Indian wisdom. While Acharya Seema strives for accuracy, results depend on various factors including the accuracy of information provided by the client, cosmic timing, and personal effort in applying remedies.

Acharya Seema does not guarantee specific outcomes. Consultations are for guidance purposes only and should not replace professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or other regulated domains.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate birth information (date, time, and place of birth).
• Be punctual for your scheduled consultation.
• Maintain confidentiality of your personal consultation details.
• Not record, share, or reproduce consultation content without prior written permission.

Recordings

If a recording of the consultation is provided, it will be sent within 48 hours after the session is completed. Please save the recording at your end — recordings cannot be re-sent. Recording links are valid for a limited period.

Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Payments are accepted via Card, UPI, and other methods available on the website.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. Their terms and privacy policies apply to payment transactions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and recommendations — is the property of Acharya Seema. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
